SALES CONSULTANT
THE ROLE
As our Company continues to grow, we are looking to recruit Sales Consultants to join our team in Limassol. Join our team, where you will be responsible to ensure a positive customer experience.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver excellent customer service for achieving high level of customer satisfaction
- Determine customers' needs by creating a friendly and familiar environment
- Recommend products based on customer needs and desires, answer questions regarding products
- Provide advice and a detailed presentation of proposals-solutions that may be of interest to the customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Prepare proposals / presentations of the agreed products.
- Prepare sales orders and facilitate special requests, based on the products agreed with the customer.
- Maintain a knowledge of sales, promotions, store policies, and sales practices
- Maintain records and prepare reports related to sales offers and orders.
- Ensure that any potential issues that may arise in relation with the client's order are resolved smoothly and fast.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills in Greek and English language, both written and verbal.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE AND BENEFITS
- A competitive salary, circa 15k - 19k.
- Monthly commission based on sales
- A 5day working schedule from Monday to Saturday.
