PRE-SALES CONSULTANT
THE ROLE
As our Company continues to grow, we are looking to recruit Pre-Sales Consultants to join our team in Limassol. Join our team, where you will be responsible to ensure a positive customer experience.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recommending products based on customer needs and desires, answer questions regarding products.
- Reviewing the floor plans to further understand the customer needs.
- Providing advice and detailed presentation of products and concepts that may be of interest to the customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Preparation of proposals / presentations of the agreed products.
- Designing floor plans or any other necessary plans based on the client's needs and architectural details, with the aim of providing various design proposals for discussion with the client.
- Preparation of the sales orders, based on the products agreed with the customer.
- Ensuring that any potential issues that may arise in relation with the client's order are resolved smoothly and fast.
- Organizing and coordinating, where required, scheduled visits with the client.
- Maintain a knowledge of sales, promotions, store policies, and sales practices.
- Maintain records and prepare reports related to sales offers and orders.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a relevant degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills in Greek and English language, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational, sales and presentation skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with using a design software.
