CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OFFICER

THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Officer (CXO) to join our team! As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be responsible for designing strategies and policies to help the Company create positive customer experiences.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing feedback surveys.
  • Scheduling in-person and online meetings with customers.
  • Creating appreciation practices for loyal customers.
  • Improving and maintaining the overall brand experience.
  • Educating the company employees on the customer's lifecycle and buyer's journey.
  • Creating campaigns to improve brand image, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
  • Monitoring and measuring customer acquisition and retention.
  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive measures to maintain positive experiences.
  • Respond to customers inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, via phone, email, social media or chat applications.
  • Measuring and analysing customer feedback across online and offline channels.
  • Inform customers about new product features and functions.
  • Collaborate with IT, as well as production, marketing and sales teams to enhance customer experience and brand awareness.
  • Analysing customer feedback and preparing reports.
  • Evaluating the after-sales services and initiating improvements.
  • Document procedures and record technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, PR or related field;
  • At least 5 year's experience in a similar position;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and listening ability;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • High sense of responsibility and professionalism;
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
